ELECTRODISCHARGE HF-LASERS ON H_2-SF_6 MIXTURE

摘要

Data on energy, temporal and spectral characteristics of pulsed-periodical HF-laser UV preionized by surface discharge at pressure range of (0.1-0.3) atm are presented. It is shown that the use of zeolite-based absorbents allows to stabilize energy characteristics of the laser at a level of about (10-15 %) after 10~3 connections at pulsed repetition rate (p.r.r.) (1-2) Hz.
