Scenario based data collection trials for the evaluation of multi-modal biometric processing: a preliminary report

摘要

This paper describes a preliminary analysis of the results of trials to collect multimodal biometric data from a large group of subjects. In particular we show how the data obtained points to the practical value of developing systems based on the exploitation of a combination of biometric modalities to authenticate claimed identity.
