摘要

A model on the job shop scheduling constrained by flexible human resource is put forward with simulation in this research. Computational results indicate that fully flexible human resource contributes greatly toward the improvement in system performance. Partial flexible human resource can realize parts of the benefits attributable to fully flexible human resource under certain assignment rule. The connection between different human resource flexibility and system performance is environment dependent. Such factors as the urgency of job incoming, the uncertainty of job type and the dependency on resource availability of job process time have a strong impact on the system performance of job shop scheduling constrained with different flexible human resource.
