An Enterprise Diagnosis Model Based on How Net and Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets

Enterprise diagnosis has become prevailing in both theoretical research fields and enterprise management practice, but there are still several limitations and insufficiencies in current research and application on this issue. Aiming at remedying the shortages and weakness, we start our research based on data mining algorithms and conducted at strategic level of companies, which focuses on the overall and holistic strategy execution capacity of companies and is based on contextual activity data. In this paper, we first establish the elementary conceptual model of our research and then chiefly explore the mathematical calculation model for strategic-matching-degree of activities in detail. We construct a systematic mathematical model, with one portion dealing with the calculation of semantic similarity degrees between words based on HowNet, and the other portion treating with the calculation of semantic matching degrees between activity-characteristic keywords and strategic-activity word database based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets. Finally, we provide a computation example, which indicates that this model is easy and precise for calculation, valid and effective for managerial application and convenient for computer programming.
