摘要

China government has gained experience in pushing forward the reform of civil servant performance assessment. However, we are still facing with some urgent problems. To solve these problems, we should insist on carrying out reforms, such as enforcing relative infrastructure construction, implementing democracy of performance assessment, perfecting means of performance assessment, increasing the level of application of performance assessment and further promoting the reform of performance assessment.
