摘要

Human capital is the key resource for enterprise's development, but the acquisition of staff has risks. On the basis of defining risk intension of staff recruitment, the article systematically analyzes the risk factors, the risk results and the reasons of forming risk of staff recruitment, and puts forward some countermeasures as to how to evade the staff recruitment risk, such as increasing the symmetrical information degree, making reasonable screening standard and implement the irregular earnings contracts, and so on.
