Research on Total Product Innovation Management

摘要

Due to the fierce market competition, product innovation is of strategic significance for a company. A new concept called Total Product Innovation Management (TPIM) is presented. TPIM emphasizes innovation from total product concept, and the new-product development process is included. It is also a human-based management. All the human resources concerned are united and mobilized to achieve the company's goal. Top manager is needed to direct and group all the activities toward the product innovation strategies.
