A Discussion on Enterprise's Institutional Innovation and Technological Innovation

Both technological innovation and institutional innovation play important roles in the improvement of social economy. They affect each other. On one hand, the institutional innovation can lead to improving enterprise's technological innovation capability and changing the mode of innovation. On the other hand, technological innovation speeds up the perfection of enterprise's system. In order to promote the enterprise's technological innovation, it's necessary to take some measures, such as the systematic innovation on property right, stimulation, distribution and so on.
