The Whole Course Management of Venture Capital Investment and Tactical Analysis

The key point of the success or failure of the venture capital investment is how to regard the value excavation before investment and value cultivation after investment as a big dynamic system, emphasize the dynamic estimation and management of the whole course of the value excavation and value cultivation. This paper simply discusses the existing problem of the venture capital investment in our country and tactical analysis of the whole course management about implementing venture capital investment.
