Analysis on the Evaluation Procedures by Stages for Venture - capital - backed Projects

At present, some researchers and practice engagers have taken a close look at various problems concerning venture capital, and many highly valuable results have been achieved. However, there still exist some fields to be further explored. One example is the evaluation problem on various stages of a venture - capital -backed project. We shall cover this problem in this article and try to solve it by conducting researches respectively on such development stages as seed, start - up and growth one. We hope our research result will help to develop the venture - capital investment industry in China.
