摘要

For plastic suspended packing, to realize the integration of its essential and environmental attribute, and to reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution in the manufacture process, it must be green designed and green manufactured. The optimizing design of the suspended packing is done in view of the environment effects produced by material choose, structure form, and recover mechanism. A multi-object optimization model is developed. And then, the metal cutting dosage of plastic mould and the technological parameter of injection mould are optimized. Finally, the application example provides an approach to realize green design and green manufacturing of suspended packing.
