ONE-PIECE FLOW PRODUCTION SYSTEM TO MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISES

摘要

This paper first anatomises batch production and one-piece flow production system from a few aspects. It is necessary to apply one-piece flow production system to Chinese manufacturing enterprises, and illustrate the effect that correlate enterprises abroad and at home have achieved. And then analyses the precondition and difficulty and demonstrated the adaptation and ways to apply one-piece flow production system to Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
