The managers always concern performance, how to set up a wonderful performance measuring system is vital to the managers. The thesis described the state of performance measuring in domestic enterprise, analyzed the factors having an impact on the performance—employee satisfaction index, and brought forward the essentially of setting up a reasonable performance measuring system. By applying 360° performance measuring, insure the veracity, objectivity and whole quality, so as to enhance the personnel satisfaction, gain high performance, and boost the competition ability of the enterprise.
