MEDIUM-LONG TERM INVESTMENT PROGRAM AND OPTIMIZATION PROCESS: AN APPLICATION OF SYSTEM DYNAMICS IN THE GROUP COMPANY

摘要

This paper applies the empiric method combined with normative method to study and discuss the optimization of medium-long term investment program in the group company systematically, analyzes the development trend of optimizing investment method in the group company, and demonstrates emphatically the feasibility of the application of system dynamics methods in optimizing medium-long term investment program of the group company. Theoretic model is established. The optimizing investment method based on system dynamics with the traditional investment decision-making method is compared. The organizing process of medium-long term investment program based on system dynamics for the group company is a sort of dynamic optimization process. But this process is to seek" satisfactory solution" not" optimization solution" for the medium-long term investment program. In the end, the feasibility and validity of system dynamics in optimizing medium-long term investment program of the group company is verified by an actual case.
