摘要

The aim of productivity measurement is grasping the production capacity of the discrete manufacturing enterprise, such as all factory, workshop, product line, machine center and etc., obtaining the nearest value to actual productivity. The paper expounds production system status quo of the typical manufacturing enterprise, emphasizes significance of gaining data of the productivity, and sets forth the method to obtain productivity by industrial engineering instrument. We can find the common problems in the enterprise by analyzing productivity : utilization ratio of the equipments is low, stock is high, the efficiency of the worker is low and the enterprise does not attach importance to apply human factor theory to workshop and etc. Under these conditions, the business enterprise productivity is low and competition is feeble. It is very important how to improve enterprise productivity in the same equipments. The paper regards the typical manufacturing enterprise as the research object. The enterprise data of resource utilization ratio and stock are measured, and the bottleneck of production line is analyzed. The mathematics model of the enterprise production system is built. According to the data and the model, we find out the problems in enterprise and reform the production system. The results show that the method comes to the top, which can increase enterprise productivity under the promise of the same equipments and workers.
