STUDY ON THE KEY PROBLEMS IN APPLICATION OF ONE-PIECE FLOW TO MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISES

摘要

This paper first anatomises the necessity to apply one-piece flow production to Chinese manufacturing enterprises, and gives the definition of one-piece flow production and the application of cell production in corporation management. And then analyses the key problems in implementing one-piece flow production to Chinese manufacturing enterprises. Finally giving some examples of correlate enterprises abroad and at home that have a-chieved some apparent effection. And then analyses the adaptation to apply one-piece flow production to Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
