With the development of modern science and technology, most electromechanical equipments gather advanced technology to an organic whole, such as machinery, electron, hydraulic pressure, information technology and so on. Their complexity is far greater than the traditional machinery equipment, so higher demands on equipments maintenance should be put forward. In addition, the proportion of the maintenance cost is the largest in LCC (Life Cycle Cost) of electromechanical equipments, and increases little by little every year. So it is not suitable to e-conomic demand to maintain the whole machinery equipment or the parts separately, therefore, in order to obtain the optimum maintenance effect, we should seek a kind of more excellent method, which can combine the above-mentioned two aspects. In this paper, with the optimizing theory, the author puts forward the whole equipments maintenance tactics, meanwhile the maintenance model of parts is set up. All parts of the whole equipment are arranged in an order through using the fuzzy decision theory in Fuzzy Mathematics, at the same time, the order of change of parts is provided, so that make the maintenance of the whole equipment and parts more economical and settle for the request of the technology. It is a kind of more economical and more practical maintenance tactic, and can obtain the optimum maintenance effect.
