THE MATCH MODES OF THREE DIFFERENT KINDS OF BACKGROUNDS OF HIGH-TECH INNOVATION TEAMWORK

With the different demands of high-tech innovation team, we can adopt different team matching mode to reach the aim. Now here are three different kinds of matching modes: Team match under different resource background, similar to the match combination of project team; Team match under different personalities background, based on member's personality ability; Team match under different demands background, based on members' demand. Three different kinds of optional matrix can use resource, personality, demand as vector to constitute a three-dimensional optional model. As matching and combining choices concretely, we can select one variable firstly, and then choose other variables after obtaining a certain section. We can also carry on some eigenvector semi-quantitative and quantitative analysis to the above matrix or model, in order to obtain more suitable parameter and basis for the matching demand.
