摘要

Operational Stability is the important assurance for hydro-generator units to operate safely for a long time. Based on lots of local experimental data, the transformation of pressure fluctuation in the draft tube against load and head, and the influence to vibration and shaft run-out of the units caused by this transformation are analyzed. Operating condition of the units can be divided into three areas: small load area, vortex rope area and full load area, hi full load area, operating stability of the units is the best. Avoiding the unsteady areas is advised.
