摘要

HSK (hollow taper shank) tooling system is used widely in the high-speed and high-precision NC machine tool (machine center). Its performance at high rotational speed is investigated systematically by FEM. The influence of spindle speed on the stiffness and load-carrying capacity is analyzed through numerical simulation. The changing law of the stiffness and load-carrying capacity of the HSK tool interface at high rotational speed is obtained. It can be used as the theoretical and experimental basis when applying HSK correctly.
