摘要

In this paper, the existent studies on machining errors of the thin-walled structure components are reviewed firstly, then the cutting forces and the machining errors caused by them in high speed milling are analyzed theoretically and experimentally under different cutting parameters. Based on these studies, the principle of selecting optimal cutting parameters in high speed milling of thin-walled structure components are presented. It is shown that under the precondition of ensuring machining precision of the thin-walled structure components, the machining efficiency has been improved greatly using the cutting parameters determined by the principle compared with using the conventional ones.
机译:本文首先综述了薄壁结构零件加工误差的现有研究,然后从理论和实验上分析了不同切削参数下高速铣削中的切削力及其所引起的加工误差。基于这些研究,提出了在薄壁结构零件的高速铣削中选择最佳切削参数的原理。结果表明,在保证薄壁结构件加工精度的前提下,采用原理确定的切削参数与常规切削参数相比,可大大提高加工效率。
