RESEARCH OF CAX INTEGRATED SYSTEM BASED ON STEP-NC

摘要

In this paper, a brief introduction of STEP-NC is given firstly. After the relationship of STEP-NC and STEP is analyzed, key techniques and implemented methods to build a STEP-NC based CAX integration system are discussed. BPNN structures for predicting tool ware and for cutting force are shown. On the basis of that, a model of intelligent CNC system with the capability of real-time adjusting machining parameters and tool path is created.
