摘要

In expanded fluidized beds, the fluctuations of transmission time and attenuation of ultrasound signals are a well-defined function of phase-holdups. A new approach is proposed to simultaneously detect the phase-holdups in a three-phase flow. The phase-holdups computed by the proposed approach agree well with the experimental results from conventional methods.
