摘要

Turbulent flow through a concentric annular channel rotating around its axis is investigated numerically by use of large eddy simulation (LES) technique coupled with a localized one-equation dynamic subgrid-scale (SGS) model. To valid our calculation, the LES of turbulent flow in a rotating pipe is carried out. Then, the effect of the rotation on turbulent intensities in the vicinities of both the walls is investigated. In the rotating concentric annular channel flow, mean axial velocity profiles show a tendency towards laminarization, and a non-zero azimuthal velocity arises and increases with the rotation number N.
