摘要

The phosphate ammoniate fertilizer process is a new recovery process for flue gas desulfurization. To demonstrate this technology, a pilot plant of 5,000 Nm~3/h was built in a high sulfur coal fired power plant to produce phosphate ammoniate fertilizer, with sulfuric acid obtained from SO_2 in flue gas. The pilot plant passed a check test of 2000 hours or even up to several years, with all the equipments and materials purchased from the Chinese market. With the features of SO_2 removal efficiency > 95%. Phosphate ore decomposition > 90% and efficient nutriment in fertilizer > 35%, this process has provided a basis required by industrial application and engineering. Based on a basic design of 45 × 10~4 Nm~3/h, it can be expected that, for 100 MW power plant with SO_2 concentration > 2,500 ppm, 30, 000 t compound fertilizer, as well as some profit, will be obtained from the desulfurization process. No any financial burden will be born by the power plant.
