摘要

Enzyme pretreatment and following bleaching of Triploid Chinese white poplar kraft pulp with the enzyme of Saccharomonospora viridis was investigated. It was found that the optimum conditions of the treatment were as following: enzyme dosage of 30U/g,pH value 7.0, pulp concentration 10%and 60℃ for 120 minutes. It showed the stability to hot and alkaline, this was beneficial to the bleaching of the pulp. Connecting with the following bleaching segments, it could show a further increase in brightness and DP and a former drop in kappa values. The bleach properties of the treated pulp was improved and carried out the bleaching segments of TCF. According to the data of IR, the enzyme can remove C=O band conj. and unconj. in Hgnin so as to improve the brightness.
