摘要

The various factors that influence the alkaline hydrogen peroxide oxalate(APO) process for white bast of Guangyechu pulping are researched. The optimal process conditions are shown as following: The dosage of Sodium Oxalate(Na_2C_2O_4), Hydrogen Peroxide(H_2O_2), Sodium Hydroxide(NaOH), Anthraquinone(AQ) and Ethylenediaminetetraacetic Acid(EDTA) are 20%, 9%, 10%, 0.10% and 0.20% respectively; liquor ratio 1:9, the maximum temperature 90℃, the duration of boiling 3hours;The pulp yield, permanganate number (PN) and brightness are 63.52%, 7.62, and 69.7%ISO respectively under the optimal process conditions. Pulp chemical component analysis testifies that the APO process is suitable for pulping the stock of high pectin content. (The percent above is of Mass Percent, the same to hereinafter)
