The studies program of this dissertation is that manufacturing the crop stalk pyrogenation equipment in the capacity of 0.18m~3 and the crop stalk vinegar condensation and collecting device firstly. Secondly we select the materials which has a great deal of output in China, such as straw, wheat stalk, cotton stalk and cornstalk. In the conditions of the highest pyrogenation temperature (end-point temperature) are partly 450℃, 600℃ and 750℃ and The average speed of rise temperature is 150℃/h, we measure the yield of the pyrogenation outcome. The studies result are that in the select experiment conditions, the crop stalk carbon yield gradually descend when the pyrogenation temperature rise, but the crop stalk vinegar and gas yield gradually increase. From the metabolic trend, the range of crop stalk gas increased is bigger than the crop stalk vinegar's.
