EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF SWIRL VANE PULVERIZED COAL CONCENTRATOR

摘要

This paper describes the detail of cold modeling experiment of swirl vane pulverized coal concentrator and application. On the basis of cold modeling test results, burners on a 410 t / h pc-fired natural circulation boiler were modified to bias combustion swirl burners with swirl vane pc concentrator. Field performance test and operation results show that good effects of swirl vane pulverized coal concentrator are obtained and this type of bias combustion swirl bumer equipped with swirl vane pc concentrator can obtain stable combustion under 50% of full load of 410 t / h boiler without supporting oil.
