摘要

Using nanometre TiO2, the surface of selective infrared rays radiant energy-saving mineral powders is modified by sol-gel process. The structure of the powders was studied by TG, DSC and XRD. Using IR and UV-VIS spectroscopy, the optics-characteristics of the powders have been researched. The result showed that there is no change the structure of the modification kaolin, the white degree result is a satisfaction. After being modified, the powders have great shading capacity for infrared rays and the powders also have strong absorbed ability for ultraviolet ray. Using as a high-grade filler, it can take the place of TiO2 and can meet the need of paint, papermaking, enamel, cosmeticsthe, sun care produce and fine chemical materials. The powders also can be used as high radiant energy-saving coating on large annealing furnaces, infrared optical illumination energy-saving film and solar dryer.
