摘要

The thyristor phase-controlled rectifier sometimes didn't normally work because of the output voltage' incomplete phases. The usual detecting methods are not too exact and the detecting circuits are very complicated. Aiming at their disadvantages, in this article a new detecting system based on single chip microcomputer has been designed. Its central thought is to detect whether the output voltage phase change cycle is normal or not. Thus the rectifier fault can be detected more efficiently. Firstly with help of SIMULINK tool in MATLAB, the detecting theory of new detection system is clearly analyzed and its hardware circuits are successfully constructed. Then the detecting system software program has been written with C51 language. Finally the system hardware and software have been debugged in the laboratory. The experiment result proves that the new fault detecting system designed in this paper has succeeded in detecting thyristor phase-controlled rectifier fault rooted in phase loss. Comparing with traditional detecting scheme it is not only precise but also convenient.
