This thesis introduces a system used to detect the inner surface of the part. It leads in the light through the optic fiber bundle and the measured surface images on the photo surface of the surface-array CCD through endoscope optical system, and then the images of flaws are collected into the computer. It is a comprehensive system to make quantitative measurement for flaws on the inner surface of the part including ablation area, depth of the crack, and abscission area of chromium coating by image processing technique. This system can collecting the image in actual time, digitized processing the image rapidly. At the same time it can accomplish the digital store, image display, video output printing and so on.
