摘要

Present thesis describes the method of measurement of integrated test system for short wave single-sideband Transmitter-receiver based on virtual instrument. In the terms of type of signal, the measured signal was defined lower frequency and higher frequency components. By GPIB interface bus, application software can be used interact with PXI modular instrumentation and higher performance desk instrument into hardware architecture structure with VISA Library. Based on measurement-routines, Application software control PXI modular instrumentation and the instrument' communication and function calls in system's software architecture structure. Based on system's hardware and software, users can perform measurement-setup and procedure in the graphical user interface. By measurement software, the integrated measurement system perform sampling, analysis, display and storage etc fulfill the function which is designed and defined by the user in automatic measurement system.
