The principal purpose of this paper is to develop a new test system to measure the minitype dry cell's constant-current discharge capability in the situation of low current (5mA). This system applies the basal character of 1C operational amplifier to design the constant-current discharge and the signal rectifying circuit, utilizes the ADC (Analog Digital Conversion) and I~2C (Inter-Integrated Circuit) performances of the Philips 51LPC P87LPC767 to achieve the signal sampling, data processing, data storage and display. It is successful in using the result of the measurement by this test system to analyze the working characteristic of the three types dry cells chosen random, and very convenient for the test operator to handle. In the last part of this paper, the optimum scheme of this test system's control software segment is expounded.
