摘要

Coolers tests for the traction transformer of electric locomotive are the key factor of its quality and characteristics. For a long period, the testing equipment is discrete customized instruments and always manipulated and recorded manually. In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of measurement, a microcomputer-controlled test system for SS_XB traction transformer's coolers is studied and designed, which is adopted SSR (state-solid relay) as the switch module of test control circuit and introduced the Two-meters Method to measure the power of the pump and blast furnace. The techniques of the hardware and software of this system are respectively introduced. The used results demonstrate that the system has stable performance, excellent security, dependable data and high automation level.
