Electronic Commerce Project Character and Risk Factor Analyses

摘要

The implementation of electronic commerce project is a foundation of enterprise electronic commerce application. And electronic commerce has its characteristics and risk. In this paper, from the viewpoint of goal, scope, technology, leadership, task structure, borderline, etc., traditional project and electronic commerce project are compared. The character of electronic commerce project is concluded, then, missions and resource in different phase are analyzed in the viewpoint of total life cycle of project, to identify risk factors in each project implementation phases.
