Measurement Theory and Stress Analysis of Plastic Injector's Mold-Combining Force

摘要

The present paper reports the Electrical Measurement Stress Analysis results on the Mold-Combining Force of a large plastic injector made by a factory, with strain electrical measurement principle and technique. The results have been experimentally tested for the designed parameters of the injectors. Analysis and discussion have been given for the manufacturing technology of the plastic injector's 4 spindles.
