MULTI-LEVEL APRIORI ALGORITHMS

摘要

The APRIORI algorithm is the most established algorithm for frequent itemset mining. Several implementations of the algorithm have been put forward in the last decade. This paper presents two algorithms which use the benefits of multi-leveled databases, by using the information gained by studying items from one concept level for the study of the items from the following concept levels. These algorithms are then compared between themselves and a similar algorithm for multi-level databases. These algorithms don't try to find rules between all subsets from the k-itemsets
