The paper introduces process innovation and current quality level in heavy rail steel of BAOGANG. It mainly discusses the control of gas, oxygen and inclusion in steel after using continuous casting process, and interior quality of bloom too. The influence of electromagnetism stirring on interior quality of bloom is analyzed.
