But constitution of subjective function of exiting fuzzy model runs short of restrictive term, composed reliability arithmetic has it's bugs. Therefore, based on the analysis of evaluating index of construction supervision, paper puts forward supervisory units comprehensive evaluating model based on the unascertained measure and index classification weight and illuminate it through an instance.
