Study on the Risk Management of REIT

摘要

With the booming of real estate economy, the industry of real estate investment trusts plays more important role as bridge connecting real estate industry and finance industry than ever. However, the characteristic of real estate industry is high risk, which also results in high risk in real estate investment trusts. Therefore, it is necessary to supervise and to control risks existing in the operation of real estate investment funds effectively for steady development of real estate industry. In this paper, based on qualitative analysis of risks in real estate investment funds, the model of risk measurement is put forward and then the countermeasures are put out.
