摘要

Different types of buildings have different target customers. For real estate exploiting enterprises, it is helpful to improve the performance of market activities that identify their target customers and carry out individualized marketing on them. A method based on decision trees is brought out to seek for real estate target customers. An induction algorithm based on attribute-value pairs is used to build a forecasting model of real estate target customers. The method is applied to mine the data stored in a real estate exploiting enterprise. A decision trees is created and some rules are attained.
