In the digital urban multi-info system, the on-line monitoring of power system is more and more important With the development of the on-line monitoring of power system, the power without outside supply is so important. For the outside power supply will bring the weakness into the power equipment. It is one of the possible mode that the power supply is gotten from the electromagnetic induce. There are two ways to get the electromagnetic induce power supply. One is the inductance effect power supply. The other is the capacitance effect power supply. All of them are not too high to be used rightly. For the standby time of the data collection module and radio data transmission module is more than 1000 times than working time. The power storage circuit is needed. The power storage part can change the low power to high power by current charge. The power supply storage devices maybe the large capacitance or the rechargeable battery. According to this design, it is possible that the part connected with the power equipment of the on-line monitoring equipment can work without the outside power supply.
