摘要

Evaluation of human resource value is one of the key aspects in human resource management. Although traditional evaluation method is simple and straightforward, it depends on subjective judgment and experiences excessively. To overcome the drawback, this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method based on rough set theory. It eliminates indexes firstly with rough set theory information entropy or relevant analysis, then calculates their importance degree so as to confirm the weight of each index. Further more, the comprehensive evaluation model comes into being. Finally, the corresponding algorithm is given. Compared with other methods, our approach not only emphasizes objectivity of handling problems but also makes full use of actual experience of workers, so the result obtaining from this model has more practical value.
