摘要

In shipbuilding, creating a smart shipyard is desirable to improve productivity using the concept of a Cyber Physical System (CPS). The key point of a CPS is tightly linking the physical world and cyber world through information technology. In this paper, we propose the integration of a monitoring system and a shipyard simulation system. We developed a shipyard simulator incorporating an optimization method to find the specific improvement points for ship construction. We then integrate this simulation system with a previously developed monitoring system using the monitored data as input data to the simulation. This integration enables a comparison of the real production process with the ideal process and allowed the generation of improvement points for the current process. We implement the CPS concept with some important functions that can characterize the construction progress in real time, detect construction delays in real time, and cope with the delay at an appropriate point in real time.
