The Examples of the Artificial Intelligence Applications in Materials Engineering

摘要

The paper presents the examples of application of the artificial neural networks for modelling and simulation of steels' properties. It presents the method of modelling of hardenability curves according to the chemical composition of steel. Using this method, the other one was developed - the method of designing of the chemical composition of the steel showing the required properties, including the required hardenability. The third method, presents the neural network model for modelling of Continuous Cooling Transformation (CCT) diagrams for constructional and engineering steels.
