摘要

Low oil content or free oil in the discharge of the oil injection rotary compressor is the inevitable requirement for high performance and economical compressor. This paper analyzes the traces of oil droplets and the flow field in separator during first separation process using numerical simulation method. The RNG k-e turbulence model and discrete phase model are employed in the simulation. The results indicate that the traces of oil droplets are greatly influenced by diameter of oil droplet and initial injecting position.
