With the development of biotechnology, many useful peptide and proteins have been refined. In recent years, several drug delivery systems of these drugs have been investigated. ANd polymer material as matrix has played an important role in DOS. However, in these systems, the stabilitiy of proteins is one of the key problems for development (1).
