Using Artificial Intelligence Techniques and Knowledge Engineering for Advanced Knowledge Management

摘要

This paper addresses the contribution of knowledge engineering (KE) and artificial intelligence methodologies such as case-based reasoning for the building of knowledge. We present how KE helps model and exploit the ingredients of an organizational memory. In this context, ontology concepts serve to describe knowledge bases, cases bases, to index documents and exploit them efficiently.
