摘要

Dental prosthodontics means the rehabilitation of the edentulous patients' lost function, as the comfort of wearing Removable Partial Dentures will be the first thing the patients feel. It is possible to transform the aesthetics and the functionality into comfort, with a precision support, in this case, the removable-fixed precision ensemble. This project's research aim is to eliminate the errors of the classic techniques and to introduce the optimum design for the pieces, as well as the materials used in the prosthodontics removable-fixed ensembles precision casting technique. The base of casting precision ensemble is the research on Co-Cr-W quality alloys, the final results being the elimination of the adjusting stage of the classic technique. The precision casting's advantage is the precision pieces' quality and also the high rate of the ensemble's functionality inside the oral cavity. Function efficacy of the precision ensemble is supplemented by the alloy's biocom-patibility and stability in the oral environment.
